  • We ship pan-India to all serviceable PIN codes
  • International shipping is NOT available
  • Check PIN code serviceability at checkout
  • Non-serviceable locations will be notified before order confirmation

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India

  • No minimum order value
  • No hidden charges
  • Price at checkout is final (inclusive of GST)

4. DISPATCH TIMELINE

24-48 hours from order confirmation under normal circumstances.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during sales/festivals
  • Payment verification issues
  • Incorrect address information
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, lockdowns, etc.)
  • Supply chain disruptions

You will be notified via email if dispatch is delayed beyond 48 hours.


5. DELIVERY TIMELINE

From date of dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 10-15 business days

Total Timeline: Approximately 6-17 business days from order placement to delivery

6. COURIER PARTNERS

We use reputed courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and others based on your location. Specific courier partner cannot be requested.


7. ORDER TRACKING

Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Email with tracking number and courier details
  • SMS notification
  • Track via our website (My Orders) or courier partner's website

8. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

You must provide:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address with PIN code
  • Working mobile number
  • Landmark (recommended)

At delivery, you/authorized person must:

  • Be available to receive the package
  • Provide valid photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License, Passport)
  • Sign or provide OTP for delivery confirmation

9. ADDRESS CHANGES

Before dispatch: Contact auretiofficial@gmail.com - we can update at no cost

After dispatch: Very difficult to change. Contact courier partner directly. Additional charges may apply.


10. FAILED DELIVERY

If you're unavailable:

  • Courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • Package held at courier office for 5-7 days for self-collection
  • After 7 days, package returned to us
  • Refund processed as per Return Policy

11. PACKAGE INSPECTION

We strongly recommend:

  • Inspect package upon delivery
  • Check for visible damage or tampering
  • Note any damage on delivery receipt
  • Record unboxing video (MANDATORY for damage/defect claims)

For damaged/defective products:

  • Email auretiofficial@gmail.com within 3-5 days
  • Include order number, photos, and unboxing video
  • We'll offer replacement or full refund if claim is valid

12. DELIVERY ISSUES

Wrong product delivered: Email us within 3-5 days with photos. We'll arrange free pickup and send correct product or refund.

Missing items: Contact us within 48 hours. We'll send missing items or refund.

Package tampering: Refuse delivery or note on receipt. Contact us within 24 hours.

Delayed delivery: Contact us after 10 days (metro) or 15 days (other cities). We'll track with courier partner.

Lost package: Contact courier and us immediately. We'll investigate and offer replacement/refund if genuinely lost (7-10 days).


13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Being available or authorizing someone to receive delivery
  • Inspecting package at delivery
  • Reporting issues within specified timelines
  • Keeping packaging materials until satisfied with product

14. LIMITATIONS

We are NOT liable for:

  • Courier partner delays beyond our control
  • Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions
  • Weather-related delays
  • Any force majeure events
