Karanj
Most people will only ever see the olive.
Olive kala cotton, slit and windowed to reveal a marigold eco print on organic cotton beneath. Every leaf was pressed by hand, and the print stayed.

Handcrafted jackets and overlays, made in small numbers and never repeated.
Where it began
Aureti started with a kantha quilt that had already outlived three generations. We make jackets and overlays with the same expectation: by hand, in small numbers, and never made twice.

On making
Some hands remember what machines have forgotten.
Six hours of stitching, all of it on the back.
A statement jacket in natural cream. The handloom cotton has weight and structure. Patchwork embroidery runs down the back, a giraffe built entirely from block-printed fabric pieces, each one hand-cut and stitched down.
