Our Journey
There's a kantha quilt that's been in the family for decades.
Made from old saris, thousands of tiny stitches holding the layers together. The kind of thing you inherit without thinking much about it—until one day you really look.
The handwork isn't perfect. Time has softened it into something even more beautiful. It was made to last, made with care, because that's just how you made things.
And suddenly you're thinking about everything you own. How none of it would survive long enough to become an heirloom. How you've bought and discarded more in a year than your grandmother made in a lifetime.
Something shifted in how we relate to our clothes. We've been taught to want more, buy faster, move on. To dress like everyone else because that's what's available. But what if the opposite could be luxury? Owning less, but having everything be so distinctive you never think about replacing it.
That's what Aureti is.
Jackets that don't just complete your outfit—they define it. Each one is different because they're handmade. Hand block prints that vary slightly. Kantha embroidery that follows its own path. Khadi has texture and character, not factory uniformity.
You won't see yourself coming and going in these pieces. That's the point.
We work in small batches with Indian artisans who've spent lifetimes mastering their craft. Natural dyes that shift with light. Stitches no machine can replicate. Fabric that breathes and evolves and becomes more itself over time.
This is for women who want their clothes to reflect who they are—not blend into what everyone else is wearing. Who understands that real luxury is wearing something made with care that feels unmistakably yours.
Fashion as permanence. Craft as individuality. The opposite of everything mass-produced.
We're not here to fill your closet.
We're here to give you pieces that make you feel like yourself.
Welcome to Aureti.
